Abstract
To evaluate safety and efficacy of minimally invasive approaches in patients with elevated operative risk.
Retrospective cohort of 247 consecutive patients at two tertiary centers (2019–2023).
30-day mortality 1.2%. Median ICU stay 2.1 days. Major complications in 8.9%.
Minimally invasive surgery is feasible and safe in experienced centers.
