By completing a purchase or using a paid feature, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to FormatMyManuscript are strictly non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed, we do not provide refunds, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Unused credits or unused service time
- Dissatisfaction with formatting results
- Selecting the wrong journal or article type
- Technical issues on your device or network
- Failure to review the service before purchase
2. Digital Service Nature
FormatMyManuscript provides digital formatting tools and related services. Because access to digital features can begin immediately after purchase, refunds are not available once payment is processed.
3. Exceptions
Unless required by applicable law, we do not offer exceptions to this no-refund policy. If a payment was made in error due to a verified billing system malfunction on our side, contact us and we will review the case.
